This pot is made from a 6 quart presto cooker with a 1/4 brass ball valve threaded into the bottom edge. a rubber cover on the handle gets warm, but never hot. The temperature control is very accurate making it easy to maintain the plastic at the proper temperature. Clean up is a breeze with the cooled plastic pulling out of the pot easily and the valve being cleaned by pushing a 1/4 bolt through the valve while in the open postion.
